There are no old-school car games at Wilsonville Honda. You'll find no deceptive "1 AT" or "2 AT" ads with the resulting "bait and switch" technique used at other stores. We provide full disclosure in all areas of your purchase. No "closers." No pressure. You won't be tackled in the parking lot upon arrival and you won't be wrestled to the floor if you decide not to purchase. Our staff's number-one objective is to provide you with the information you need to make an informed buying decision. - Focus. We are the only "single-point" Honda store in the greater Portland metro area. We aren't part of a large auto group. This means we focus solely on our Honda customers and the Honda brand. In today's economy, we have the advantage since we aren't saddled with the other auto group brands that are placing enormous economic pressure on their Honda franchise, distracting their management from the most important priority – customer service. While other dealers are cutting services, we're expanding our commitment to our customers.
- Belief. I [Parker Johnstone] first raced a Honda in 1976 and was hired by American Honda Motor Company as their first test/race driver in the early '80s after I graduated from college. I won 6 professional national championships driving for Honda and Acura. I mention this because my belief in the Honda product is second to none. You won't find another Honda dealer anywhere in the country who put total trust in the Honda product at speeds in excess of 230 mph year after year. The end result is that I've selected a staff that shares my commitment and belief in Honda and the products they build.
